Land Survey Field Crew Personnel

Draftsman

Job Type: Part-time (with potential to become full-time)

Number of Openings: 1-2

Pay Rate: TBD based on experience and/or skill set

Schedule: Standard workdays are Monday through Friday.  Potential of weekend work may also be required at times. Number of hours per day will vary and may be up to 10 hours.

Requirements:

• Must have valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to submit to random drug screening
• Must be willing and physically able to work in various environments including rough terrain, various weather conditions, thick vegetation, etc.

Experience (Preferred but not required):

• GPS
• Total Stations
• Data Collection Devices
• AutoCad
• Carlson Survey Software

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Caring for and maintaining equipment and work vehicles
• Loading and unloading work vehicles
• Working under the guidance of crew leader
• Providing support in performing boundaries, topos, etc.
• Logging job information into field books
• Operating survey equipment
• Drafting
