Why do I need a Quote? Can I NOT just have an estimate provided over the phone or through email?

We provide free, personalized quotes for potential clients instead of giving a “ballpark” figure that may not accurately reflect the costs associated with the job.  Our quotes include the service(s) requested, the project fee, and optional services a client may wish to elect. The quote ensures that both our company and our client know exactly what is being provided and eliminates unexpected costs.

What Factors affect the quoted price?

Quote costs are affected by several factors such as the type of service requested, the property size and length of property lines, density of vegetation and wooded areas of the property, elevation changes, water features, etc.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  1. Cash
  2. Check
  3. Zelle (no additional fees)
  4. Credit/debit cards through our processor, Square. A processing fee of 3.5% will be added to the total project fee.
  5. ACH through our processor, Square.  A processing fee of 1% will be added to the total project fee.

do I need a Plat?

The answer to that is…it depends.  For an example, some HOAs require a survey and a plat if a resident wants to have a fence installed on the property.  Selling your property?  An attorney may deem that an updated plat is required for an updated legal description. 

We are happy to advise whether or not one may be required for you.  Our quote also gives you the option of having a plat completed even if you do not have to have one.

are your surveyors and/or engineers licensed in my state?

Currently, our surveyor and engineer is licensed only in the state of Georgia.

Do you provide soil surveys?

At this time, soil surveys are not part of the services we provide.
